Fall Parish Education Series
Become Who You Are:  Stewards of the Kingdom

Come to as many as you are able.  
Bring your mug from Sunday coffee into the lounge for some thoughtful discussion.

On Sunday November 6th at 8:30am St. Faith’s is holding a special breakfast featuring guest speaker, our very own Mary White.   Mary will be reading selected passages from her first book:  “Buckerfield – The Story of a Vancouver Family”.  Signed copies will be available for sale after the breakfast and at Coffee Hour following the 10am service.

Sunday November 6th  at 4:00pm at Christ Church Cathedral, 
St. Faith’s Bill Robinson will be inducted into the Order of the Diocese of New Westminster.

Municipal Elections are Saturday November 19th 2011.  St. Faith’s is the location for one of the voting polls and volunteers are needed to be on site on the day.  If you can spare a few hours, it would be greatly appreciated. A sign up sheet is in the Hall.

Advent and Christmas

Holy Communion with Advent Garden
  Join us on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 10:00am to celebrate the beginning of Advent, a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the birth of the Jesus.   Candles are light in the Advent Garden to celebrate the coming of the light of Christ.

Christmas Bake and Gift Sale
  Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 11:30am (following the 10:00am Service).  The proceeds go to support our outreach programs.

Mission to Seafarers
  On Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 11:30pm Coffee Hour (following the 10:00am Service), St. Faith’s will be wrapping our Christmas boxes for the Seafarers.

  On Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2:00pm join us for a time of food, fellowship and Advent Carols

Carol Service featuring the Essonance Chamber Choir
  On Sunday December 18, 2011 the Essonance Chamber Choir will be performing Vivaldi’s Gloria as part of the 10am worship service.

Advent Candlelight Vigil
  On Wednesday December 21, 2011 at 7:30pm we will be holding an Advent Candlelight vigil with readings and contemplation.-------
